Hi there! I'm Natalie
I am the daughter of two high performers, my father is a retired Army Colonel, airborne ranger and corporate VP, my mother was a high powered executive and honestly, there is nothing she can't do. Believe me when I tell you, I was held to high standards and success was the only option.
But see, I had a problem, I always danced to the beat of my own drum. No matter what anyone told me, I had to experience something to learn it…I had to do it my way. Well, I learned a lot... some good, some not so good. What I walked away with was the strong desire to be successful, on my terms.
But, like many people, I lost myself in the world, the world that tells you who to be and how to act, and to be anything outside of that is not acceptable. It beat me down, it broke me, and it was exhausting. Finally, after being everyone but myself, I decided to do something daring... I decided to be me, unapologetically me.
I knew I wanted to help people, to make a massive impact in the lives of others. So I did everything I could to learn, to grow, to be better. My determination to be unapologetically me and to help others, led me to my calling of coaching high performers to create their dream life so they can be more, do more, and have more. I have never looked back.
